With so much hype going into the season surrounding Aaron Rodgers, oddsmakers were extremely high on the New York Jets and how far they’d ultimately make it. All that hype came crashing down just moments into their first game after Aaron Rodgers went down with a torn Achilles.

The other, which sits at 2500 odds, is for Rodgers to suit up for at least one snap on November 19 against the Buffalo Bills.
Neither of those scenarios should be counted out being that in typical Aaron Rodgers fashion, he’s opted for an alternative procedure on his Achilles that takes a fraction of the time to recover than the normal route that an NFL player would go.

If that were the case, his injury occurred in mid September which would put him on track to return between early and the middle of December which is just weeks before the playoffs are set to begin eliminating the 2500 odds of him getting back on the field in time for the Bills game in mid November.
However, if the Jets are still in contention for a playoff spot, you have to imagine that Rodgers will look to ramp up his recovery and help lead them into the postseason which certainly shines a light on their 5000 Super Bowl odds which are currently offering tremendous value.
